Tent or RV occupancy of an RV Park site is $30/day. Tent camping is available under the trees. If electricity is needed, please contact Robert Crawford for the box combination at your selected site.

Contact a board member if the gate is malfunctioning. There are 6 lock boxes built into the gate. These are for construction use or events when a resident have visitors. Only use these lock boxes when needed. Include your name and phone number on the lock for tracking purposes.
Only licensed drivers are permited to operate golf cards and UTVs in the neighborhood. All under-age drivers must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Never drive these vehicles in the riverbed.
Dues are $625 per year (includes running the subdivision, bridge fund & road fund). The board can move funds at its discretion to pay for necessary expenses. Dues can be paid yearly or quarterly.

Please help the subdivision save money by using the dumpsters properly:
Please break all boxes down.
Appliances, furniture, hazardous materials, such as chemicals and oil, and construction materials are strictly forbidden.
Yard debris is forbidden.
When the dumpsters get full, PLEASE do not lay trash in front of the dumpsters.
